“Evolve so hard they have to get to know you again.”

When you know, you know.

What do you do when the world says you’re TOO MUCH? You find your way back home to the mountains, pick up your old paint brushes, and tell the world to go …find smaller.

It sounds like the title to my hit country song, but in reality, it’s the story behind my winding path back to myself and my art.

Inspired by the utter rawness of people who stay so true to themselves that it makes others uncomfortable, the courage and vulnerability of messy emotions and the infinite capacity to surprise oneself, I dove headfirst into the one thing that always brought me back to myself…painting.

I find myself most centered, humbled, and happy covered in paint. Each piece I create is filled with a lifetime of lessons learned and an awe of the gumption-filled people who don’t dare apologize. Once filled with a deep need for external validation, I aspire to be so unshakeable in my sense of self that inspires others to find that liberation for themselves.

These canvases are my diary.
